Mountain biking (BV-Zombie-BV) 2:37:30 [2] 17.0 mi (6.5 mph) +1483ft
ahr:103 max:140 rhr:48 weight:7lbs shoes: Superfly SS

Rode with Mickey with focus on riding things better and re-riding things we didn't ride cleanly. I definitely felt less uncomfortable than I usually do on these trails.

Gorgeous day. 60's in December? Our weather is so screwed up, but at least lots of people were out taking advantage of it.

Hustling to get back towards the end, but I have a hard time believing a HR of 168 on a walk.

Spent all morning at J's volleyball tournament and was STARVING but didn't want to lose our nice, close parking spot, so I convinced Jeff to walk to pick up Panera with me. He was very not enthusiastic about the plan, but I felt a million times better getting to move some after all the sitting.

Mountain biking (SIUE) 33:47 [2] 4.3 mi (7.6 mph) +253ft
ahr:118 max:147 shoes: Superfly SS

Riding with my cousin for his first post-heart attack MTB ride. My legs were a little meh but overall it felt really good to get out, and I rode the scary bridge for only about the second time. Would have liked to ride a little longer, but he's easing back in and I was too lazy to go back out after we got to the parking lot.
