Not a great swim this year. Swolled water a few times and couldn't find any feet. Had to dodge a bunch of times as well... could have done better.

Changed course b/c of the rain. No BIG hill and just straight out and back. I had to pass a lot of people and sometimes they would be in bunches so I'd have to wait. I did okay but didn't push that hard. Wanted something for the run.

Took about the 3.5K turnaround point that I actually felt I had energy in my legs. Although I was passing most I didn't feel that great this year despite running a bit further without the trail and doing the same time as last year.

T1: 1:20 and T2 0:53. Didn't rush really.
I felt ok but not as strong as last year. I didn't use watch or HRM and just went on how I felt. I need to put in more work for Muskoka - that's for sure.
