Went for a swim mid morning in Lake Vernon with ID and Maverick....
Went into Huntsville to register for the race and check out the Expo... took most of afternoon... started to rain later in the afternoon.

Ran at the cottage after registering. Would go hard every 5min for 20seconds. Some steep hills too. Felt good went b/w rainfalls solo.
