Loki trail from the house to Quarry and back. The sun was out and the snow fresh. Fat bikers have not been out yet so it was slower than usual.

Snowy day so instead of driving to Norquay (ski resort) Amik and I took a bus. I was thinking of going for a run while he was in the program but the trail was not in a runnable condition so I just hiked.

Flat intervals by the river: 400m x8 with 1min rest in between, followed by 10sec sprints x5.

Trail Culture run from the new running store Strides, up to the Nordic Centre with a little loop there and back.
So cool to have this new store, specially because the employees are peeps from the Trail Culture :)

River loop with Winston. Didn't do the full thing as there were elk in the middle of the trail, so we had to turn around. Lots of stops for sniffing....
