SSS 10 at Breakfast Point

Enjoyable run around Cabarita/Breakfast Point. Spent considerable time mulling over the multiple permutations around the centre - 3,4,5,10,20,16,29, and still couldn't work out the best way.

Lost a couple of minutes on the way to #4 (wrong path) & #30 (hit dead end from 17). My map disintegrated from sweat/folds which made navigation tricky towards the end. Scored 560 skipping 2 & 18, 30secs over. Off the pace of Ondrej 580 & Andy 570. Still a bit congested and worried the foot issue is turning into more than a niggle.

Games with Matt & Stan. High intensity again but lacking conditioning to go in top gear for the full hour.

3 brutal games with Stan followed by the torture drill. First real comp intensity attritional hit out for both of us since June as we both nursed our knees through Autumn comp. If my body can hold up, looking foward to more of these sweat-fests to rebuild fitness. We planned to finish the session with battle ropes but both of us were too knackered. Still a bit of foot arch pain.
