BOC relay - M18 2nd leg wooooo, with ed nicholas and sam m, so we were non comp, but it was still fun!! also i actually tried, so i came back knackered lawwwl. and i taped my ankles today, phewwww (there were lots of rocks)

BOC long- mispunched!:( fooooOooOoOoL.
but area was well nice, not that technical, too fast for me though! dyingggg on the hills! lolol was alright at the start, but got stuck in a load of green at no.6, bad route choice for no. 11 & twisted both ankles:(:( but i manned up. obv. then no. 12 mispunched and in the forest at the end was a disaster! woooOWoOOO partaayyyy i love having good runs

run with mark and alice - penmaen
was mostly on sandunes etc, incorporated some fartlek type things up the hillls.. grim. then ran on the beach on the way back and up the massive hill!:( but i ran it ALL. so im a hero. that is all.

oing in singleton park, did the long course
think i was around 35 mins, not sure cos i stopped my watch halfway round to try and catch chester as he was chasing this other dog and i forgot to start it again
but also was 1/4 way round and i thought i was going to chunder i dont know why so i had to stop.. i think it was a chocolate cupcake i had earlier.. sooo gooood. but no. not good because i almost chundered.

running 20:00 [2] 3.5 km (5:43 / km)

ran there and back from the o-race
