worked til 2am last night, off the back of 2hrs sleep the night before, omg i was dying SOOO bad!!!! i sat down for a few mins to rest my feet, and literally found it so hard to stand up again!! #dead

Day 6- Urban race, felt like death on legs!!!! sosososo tired! haha
actually managed to get round quite cleanly actually, slow at the start up the hill, lost about 20s on one control, but that was about it...
came 2nd and beat the norwegians. dunno how though!
overall, such a good week! helped massively that the weather was awesome! but yeah reallllly enjoyeedddd! :):)

day 5- same area, was actually having quite a good run & winning by 2mins, until i messed up no.7, parallel error, and then 8-9 was a bit of a mare (180) say whaaatttt! haven't done one of those in so long! lmao was clearly too tired for this!
lost about 6 or 7mins at least on that course! woowoo another bad run
OMG then went go karting with florence, like the best thing EVER! felt like i was on mario kart or something.. LOVED IT

day 4- not gonna lie, felt so tired! was struggling walking to the start! slow to no,1 and most of the long legs... not really feeling very motivated!! also lost about 3 or 4 mins on no.7. not gonna lie i had no idea what i was doing! just started going off in some random direction! haha anyway
came 5th... could've been worse i suppose!

day 3- middle distance, absolutely cocked up no.1!! took me 6mins, what a mare!!! found 3 controls before my own! then got it together and finished the rest of the course quite cleanly. actually was 1st !!??! about 20s ahead of the norwegians in 2nd and 3rd... could have taken 3or 4mins off my time

day 2- Foel Goch. had a mare on the 1st two controls!! lost about 4mins.. running up that MASSIVE hill in the middle of the course was not really my idea of fun...! also got stuck in a bog after punching no.7 and i actually thought i would be stuck forever!! literally could not get my leg out! #panic
some person helped me though:) rest of the course was well fun on the downhill!! wooo, so runnable! came 2nd i think.. norwegian won again!!

Croeso Day 1! did alrighhhttt... slow on the uphills, bad route choice to one control, and lost a minute on one of the really short legs near the end.. but not too bad! came 2nd, norwegian 1st and 3rd!

3000m track, only 4 in my race. 1st girl was way ahead and the others were miles behind! so i was literally on my own the whole time...
little motivation as i wasn't even counting for points, which they decided to tell me AFTER i arrived! annoyed was an understatement! 'it'll be a good run-out....' omg shoot me.
also was working last night til 2am so was suffering from lack of sleep and was running on coffee and energy gels!
actually quite surprised with my time, thought i would be like 12mins! but its cool, i know i could get my pb now if i actually went for it!
