9 AM

Cycling (To Station) 36:17 [3] 13.56 km (2:41 / km)

Home to Paddington.
11 AM

Orienteering race (Urban Race) 1:06:20 [4] *** 14.05 km (4:43 / km)
47c slept:6.0 shoes: Purple and Green Too-large Miz

Oxford City Race. Great map, great course, and 47 controls! Two visits to the engineering area, two visits to the science campus, two sections in University Parks, and sections in both Trinity and St Anne's colleges, as well as street legs - this race had everything really. Plus the weather was nice - cool and dry. Ran hard, knowing that my local knowledge would help. Finished a couple of minutes down on my peers though - oh well.
9 PM

Cycling (Back Home) 42:07 [1] 13.25 km (3:11 / km)

Back home. Very cautiously, as no lights, and also raining steadily (yet again), and slippery on the roads.

Road Running race (City Runners) 26:15 [4] 6.45 km (4:04 / km)
shoes: Purple and Green Too-large Miz

The usual. Very crowded getting onto Tower Bridge, lost 10-15 seconds on the steps here.
10 PM

Cycle Errands (To/from Event) 48:03 [3] 18.5 km (2:36 / km)

Cycling (Back Home) 1:48:16 [2] 38.09 km (2:51 / km)
shoes: Specalized MTB Cleats

Work to Putney via Wandsworth Bridge, then later home via Lambeth Bridge. Raining steadily on the return, and wet/slippery on the roads, so going along very carefully.
