New (nicer) City Runners route - starting/finishing alongside Tower Bridge, and crossing Blackfriars Bridge. Ran down a group, felt strong.

Running the Brown course at the TVOC Chiltern Challenge on Penn Wood and Common Wood, near High Wycombe. Lovely area, quite flat (for the Chilterns) and nicely technical. I was a bit tired so made a lot of careless mistakes, including a huge one early one (8 minutes wasted) and then another in a nearby similar (& very technical) area a bit later. Looking at my GPS trace and the course, both of these may have initially been due to my compass not pointing the right way north, which is unfortunate.

Finished 14th of 39, 16 minutes off the lead, and beaten by Kirsten and Abi, although beat Angus.
