From Chris's - via Greenwich Foot Tunnel. Very tired.

Cycling (MTB Trail) 2:10:00 [4] 16.0 km (8:08 / km)

Red trail run at Bedgesbury Forest, Kent, with Paul and Chris. Quite muddy, great fun. Includes 12.75km of the trail itself and 1.75km in a free-ride area.

Hillwalking long (Munros) 6:40:00 [1] 23.0 km (17:23 / km) +1150m 13:55 / km
shoes: Hillwalking Boots

Climbed two Munros from Corrour station, having got the overnight sleeper train to Glasgow and then the morning train up. Then straight back to London in the evening. Weather was OK - the snow wasn't as slushy as expected, but a lot of it had melted, leaving some large snow banks above 700m.

Score Orienteering race (Street Race) 1:01:35 [4] ** 11.7 km (5:16 / km)
ahr:165 max:188 spiked:18/30c shoes: Gym Trainers

SLOW Street-O in Kingston. Ran steadily, but realised I was running out of time just over 2km from the end and had to cover the distance back in seven minutes - needless to say, I didn't make it and got a 2 minute penalty. Even without it though I was well beaten - I finished 13th of 37.

Cycling (To Event) 1:15:00 [3]

From UCL to the Hawker Centre, just north of Kingston.

Cycling (To/from Party) 2:30:00 [2] 36.7 km (4:05 / km)

To/from Gipsy Lane (Crystal Palace), via the Greenwich Foot Tunnel. Sydenham Hill, and associated other hills on the way in meant that I took 10 minutes longer on the way in than on the return.
