Biking (Mtn bike on road) 45:00 [3] 22.1 km (29.5 kph)

Temp was 25 degrees and. Sunny when I was walking home from work, so I had to get out and take advantage of it. Took the bike out after fixing th broken chain and took the lights too as it gets dark at 6.45 now. Shorts and tee was all that was needed!

Simpy showed me around 3rocks at the ungodly long wknd hour of 7:30am. It was a great run, good convo and excellent trails. I can attest to the fact that Simpy took a good tumble but tuck and rolled even better.

Road run around my parent's neighbourhood with Squirt. Topped it off doing a lot of fetching of a boomerang my Dad was trying to throw but which was not returning - it was like sprints and I was the dog.
