NE Score Champs at Chopwell Wood. I spiked almost everything except this one easy control where I wasted 6 mins. Could have done a lot better had I not made that error.

NE Harrier League at Wrekenton. Went out last night so felt awful. Did this race last year so knew the course and after a good start, i just couldn't find the energy and even though Ibeat last year's time, I know I could have done better.

Bridge Relay against Northumbria. 1 mile realy legs around the mellenium bridge and Tyne Bridge. We got smashed. I was last leg and it was going to be impossible to catch up 80 seconds over a mile. Gained 6 seconds on last year's time though.
