Good start and basically clean until 12.
Found 14 before 13
Too high on 17 and Mark had caught up by 18
With him for far loop but on the long route back I wasn't really naving and when we hit a path I ran left, Mark ran right (the correct way). I soon figured this out but I never saw him again.

Gel with caffeine in hit me here and felt awful so the last loop was as a struggle. Will never have one again.
