Perfect morning to run. Still a ton of gel wrappers on north shore. I really can’t believe the ATB gets away with that. I have never once disposed of a gel wrapper in anything but a staffed aid station or directly into a bin. This is not hard and the vast majority of us can afford the time even in a race since those world records, for the most part, are probably safe.

After work in the still too cold yet warmest part of the day. Looking forward to ten to fifteen degrees and those little bugs everywhere. Was seeing Starrs at the 4 k mark.

Fought like mad to get that 4:29. Was not pretty.
