Avoiding bsmt route despite having driven to the start of the bsmt route. I’m a complex animal.

Was supposed to race a ten k yesterday but I forgot.

Also, thinking I’ll pass on the half marathon what with wonky groinage and all. Frees me up to run the final mec race of the year which is a 7 k trail thingy. Not sure I’ve raced that short a distance on trails since my middle school XC days. Here’s hoping things have gotten better since then.

Cautious Trot with a few bailouts built in. Adductor was dodgy at about 1 mile but mostly ok after that. Still more attention seeking behaviour than I’d like, but hey, groins, right? Whatcha gone do?
