Another attempt to run downhill. Something in my adductor area went snap and I had to stop. Except I was far from home with no phone. So I went for coffee.

After applying the limited first aid available - an Americano- I cleared myself to hobble home. I did.

Test. Got to 11 and then I didn’t care any more. I even knew level 3 was at 13. Still, no shits given. Some things never change.

Lost time (8-9 minutes)on the way back due to a significant headwind and getting bridged.

Overdressed in October on a bike now means shorts, t shirt w long sleeve (rolled up no less) over top. Pretty nice by the water but still saw some weirdo on a bench, by a dune overlooking a beautiful lake view wearing virtual reality goggles. What for, man?! What for?

Planned to just see if I was ok to run after a massage yesterday and the first hard bit of strength work in quite a while earlier today. Felt great and didn’t want to waste it.
