This was pretty rough. Felt harder than it was and never had it under control until the solo set of two k at 4:00. I’m consistently dropping from the current group of regulars during what I’m pretty sure is their warmup. It gets better from here I’m pretty sure.

Very light and short interval workout on the mill. Extra light, in fact, because it took me a while to work out that this mill was metric. So 10 mph was not a big deal at all on account of it being 6:00/km in reality. Took it up to 14 after I clued in.
