Running long (Malvern Hills Ridge Run) 1:14:00 [3] 13.2 km (5:36 / km) +660m 4:29 / km

Lovely long run on the way back from BUCS. Parked at the top and wiggled over North Hill to Worcester Beacon to Jubilee Hill over the road and back. Need to do the full ridge at somepoint.

Raced it pretty well for me. Should have manned-up more through the mud. Get fitter.

Didn't want to do the Bridge Inn before BUCS XC so did some short intervals instead. 8*90s. Bit wet.
