1st leg, GMOK-3.

Basically, if I could get myself out of bed this morning, there was no way that I was going to miss 10mila. Not after all the training camps, plus missing the Irish champs. I felt much better than yesterday but my body was still protesting.

First leg, great experience. I was physically quite drained, but technically it was a solid race. No time lost. Came in 138th, after being 104th at 4.7km. The places lost were disappointing, and probably due to the course being really easy towards the end. I hadn't been sure what to expect, but top 100 would have been nice after starting so far back in the field (296th). Look forward to running this again fit and healthy.

Great job by the other 4 girls on the team, Karolina, Louise, Bodil and Hanna to take us up to 86th. It was good to see the first team getting a PB of 8th place :-)

No way that I had the strength to get out of bed and get to Linköping for the SilvaLeague sprint. Spent day sleeping a lot and trying every remedy that I could get think of and my hands on (as a pharmacist, that was rather a lot)
