Note

Phoenix park on Sat,. Put out some tags for junior training and hamstring was a little worse than I thought it would be. So didn't do anything strenuous
Decided to not run in Hellfire today though could hardly feel an issue. Plan to run tomorrow.

Planned 12 x 400m. Did this end of Jan and averaged 89.5 secs. Didn't have a target time but felt I should be a second or 2 faster.
In the end bailed out after 10 as I went too fast but averaged just over 83 secs! So way faster even allowing for doing 2 less.

Planned a rest after the efforts of the weekend, but when I saw how miserable the weather was I just wanted to get out!

2nd thoughts after the first couple steps, but once blood got flowing I was grand. Kept it sensible though with pace and kept it short.
