Note

I am a little concerned with my Garmin. It took a long time to boot this morning and a long time to download this afternoon. And I have noticed some anomalies with the HR data. I just got this thing, how can this be!
8 AM

Running (Trail) 1:01:05 intensity: (1:51 @0) + (17 @1) + (41 @2) + (24:23 @3) + (32:30 @4) + (1:23 @5) 4.43 mi (13:46 / mi) +167m 12:20 / mi
ahr:157 max:195

It was an awesome morning for a trail run. It was also great just to be running with no cars, quiet and woods. I only saw two bikers about midway. There are a lot of trees down along that route now. It would make it a bit annoying on a bike.
9 AM

Mtn. Biking 1:06:16 intensity: (3:55 @0) + (8:21 @1) + (18:50 @2) + (18:22 @3) + (16:48 @4) 5.4 mi (12:17 / mi) +194m 11:03 / mi
ahr:140 max:169

Down the other side into Gay City again. I didn't actually do the route I planned. Somehow I went right past the gas line on the way in and didn't notice it. I intended to turn onto it and hit the new trails again. Oh well, still good to be out and make a loop of the park. I fell a few times, but no major damage.

Orange course at Pond Mountain. It was a fun course. A bit chilly to start.

Hiking 2:22:17 [1] 3.53 mi (40:16 / mi) +140m 35:51 / mi

Easy hiking in Gay City was a great way to end the day. I wish I had thought of it earlier, but toward the end, I really started to look closely at some of the details of the map as I hiked through. There is quite a lot to take note of when moving slowly.

I waited for daylight to go for a run since the governor still had the roads closed this morning till around 8:30. Not too much trouble down the road. One small tree down on the side of the road that did not have a deep root system. It was already gone on the way back thanks to some tree guys and a chipper.

Continued to have power throughout the storm which was nice this time around. Just lost internet this morning and just got it back around 6 p.m.
