Did hurdle drills and hurdled one hurdle on the mats inside. It didn't hurt but I only did one incase.

Another solid run. I did make one mistake at number 11 where I hit a rough yellow patch instead of the green patch I was supposed to go to. I figured it out pretty quick once I saw the root stocks, lost maybe a minute since I had to run down a bit then back up. I was going pretty slow off of yesterday but kept moving which was good, legs were definitely tired though and there was more climb today (that's how I felt at least). Not as much green which was a bummer, I really enjoyed those thorns yesterday...hah haha. Snow was also more slick since it was melting. Had lots of fun again and ended up 3rd overall after 2 days of coming in 3rd.

Fox Chaser day 1
Pretty happy with my race. Made one bad route choice that took me through greeeeeeen. Note: green is bad. Other than that I was able to keep a pretty good pace. On the way to 9 I literally ran into the end of a log...very hard. It hurt. A lot. My nice, giant bruise is forming so yah. I had a really good time and the snow wasn't that bad it just made things interesting. :)

Running and my foot didn't hurt at all! I just jogged around the parking lot while everyone else did 1200s around it. The weather was really weird too. You could see It snowing over Harriman one lap and the next lap it was snowing hard on us and then the next lap it was really sunny. I thought it was pretty fascinating but maybe it's just me. #spring

50m warmup
6x75m in 75 seconds... I couldn't do it in 75 seconds, they were generally around 80 seconds so I just took between 5-10 seconds of rest in between each.
4x25m sprints at the end with 10 seconds in between each.
