It was a good day not too intense, we jogged a 600 in between each one

Billy Goat 34
This was my second Billy goat
Thanks to Joe for letting Anna and me tag along :).. I felt a bit odd being up there with all of the good people though ... all we did was run, not much navigating but honestly if I wasn't following someone I would have been lost at #1.. I'm learning though, hopefully I'll soon be able to do it on my own (not too soon I suspect) :) Fun!

I did a DMR for jv and got my usual time which was okay because it felt like I was walking. I went out a bit too fast and kind of died at the end but it was okay. I didn't run the 4x4 because that would have killed me and hurt even more. not bad anyway I got a personal best by like .3 seconds :) yay but we didn't get 1st we got 4th so we din't get pretty t-shirts

I went to bike because of my ankle.. no surprise, it hurts a good amount after I run but while running I don't feel it so badly but I can't seem to run fast
