Yet another all time PB! I'm soo excited that I broke 2:33 but I even broke frinkin' 2:30!!! Got out fast again which seems to be working better than saving myself for the rough middle. The rough middle part of the race doesn't come as bad when I go out faster, surprisingly. I should have listened to coach earlier! ;)
Our first leg had to drop out since she hurt her hip so we were in a bit of a scramble to get a new runner but we pulled it off. I think we would have won if she didn't drop but we ran well in such a rush :)
