More of a workout day since all of our races were just us. Felt pretty good but of course got boxed all the way to the back and had to work my way all the way back up.

Lots of steeple practice
I'm getting really good at it and we tried the water pit today. First two tries were really good and barely got wet at all (only one foot). Third try I was trying to pull my back leg farther so I could clear the water all the way and completely wiped out :( fell flat on my stomach and hit my chin hard on the track, glasses flying off. Had to lay there a little to figure out what happened and my coaches seemed a bit worried but I'm okay. A few scrapes on my legs, belly, and chin, hands numb and a bit of a headache but that's all. Stopped after that though... No idea what happened since my first two were nearly perfect. Hurdling coach said I should try hurdling after he saw me but we'll see... :) probably not. I just have to keep trying, I think I'll be pretty good :)
