first of 3 1200s we jogged a 100 in between a 400 then we jogged for 5 min..
This was meant to be a pace workout but I couldn't keep my pace my ankles and shins were hurting. I was supposed to get 4:24

1st 400. I was right on pace

Track running 1:25 [4] 0.25 mi (5:40 / mi)

Track running 4:53 [4] 0.75 mi (6:31 / mi)

Track running 1:31 [4] 0.25 mi (6:04 / mi)

These were all too slow.. not good :(
