Slowly getting back to running. I had to stay on the track the whole time. I felt pretty good, but towards the end my foot was feeling a little sore.

I tried jogging today just on the track. It felt alright in the beginning but then I had to stop because it was getting a little worse.

Back to the bikes... hopefully I'll be running within the next few days. My heel still hurts even when I walk, but not nearly as bad as before.
