I really enjoyed it, it was a nice area and good weather. I could have probably done a bit better, but that's how it always is. It went better when I was more confident in myself. Realised I completely didn't see the path to 17..
Felt pretty good, just needed to make myself keep going quick. Also there was a crossable fence before 15, but I wasn't sure about it so I hesitated and ended up going around it.

Was good going again, bit more technical than the morning. Just need to keep concentrating on keeping the speed up.
Did my usual to start with, with physio exercises. Then cos I felt rubbish doing the running at circuits I did some treadmill work, slowly building up my speed, then just 2.2km fast, with a bit of slower after to warm down.
Did another 3 2 1 session, in the 4 min blocks. With 60rpm for 3 mins, 1 min rest, 75rpm for 2 mins, 2 mins rest, 1 min 70rpm and 3 minutes rest. We did that twice. Then 2x 1 minute 60 rpm, but really pushing it with high resistance and for the last 30 secs trying to keep speeding the legs up, with 2 mins rest.
Went on a long run with mum, we went up to Frithsden and along the golden valley, in front of the management college and back past Cold Harbour farm. On the golden valley there were some lively cows so me and mum walked for a bit..
