Fair Hill - A-meet - Day 2

Legs were a bit sore from yesterday. Not too bad, though.

Carpooled with Rick. Reached the park at 8:15AM and drove to the start area to help with the start. Helped till 11:00AM. Then ran back to the car, drank 1/2 a bottle of Gatorade before starting the race.

Another beautiful day for running with temps around 50F.

Did pretty good on most controls. However, a bit slow in the second half.

Was very happy to find water exactly when I needed it.

Fair Hill - A-meet - Day 1

Was a bit nervous whether I could finish the course or not (due to the disasterous run at Valley Goat). But, surprisingly, did well.

Beautiful day with temps around 55F.
Best map (as it is relatively new, it is very acurate).
Lot of catching features, especially most of the forest is surrounded by big open fields

It was 7PM by the time I reached home. I decided to run till it gets really dark. I started out faster than I used to. Towards the end I slowed down.

6 laps + 0.3 mi of to and from QTFM lot.
