Feeling a bit tired from the last two workouts on top of the ski trip. Had considered doing weights today but the legs weren't feeling 100% so I probably wouldn't have my best day of squats, power cleans, etc.
Hopped on the stairmill at 89 spm. Didn't really feel up to pushing harder than that.
