Biking (Mountain ) 1:15:00 [2] 12.8 km (5:52 / km) +380m 5:06 / km

Big fun group ride with lots of Canmore peeps. Mixed group, so several stops to regroup but still felt like I got a good ride.
Rode backward on some of the nationals race course, up Killer Bees, then jumped off and over to EKG east, Odyssey, Terminator, lower Odyssey, Flying Squirrel (why is it rated as Black?), No Homers, Long Road to Ruin, Orchid. Then a couple of laps of the bike park.
Terminator and No Homers were great for practicing threshold breaking after feeling like I didn't know how to modulate the brakes on wet Pirates last night. No issues tonight. Practiced some cornering and pushing down the inside bar, also need to remember to lead with the belly button more.
Then out to The Tavern for good food and socializing.
