All Broemmelsiek trails - 2 laps. Chill pace. Basically an hour-long self pep talk (brainwashing?) about mtb, "see, this is easy, you can totally do it". Not very technical out here, but it WAS easy. Gorgeous sunset.
Trash/recycle hauling. J home early from his trip!! Yay and phew - tough week. L leg not feeling great w/ my shuffle-jog. UGHHH...not sure how it will hold up for nats. :( :(
