S Rec Plex; rink A for son's hockey practice - w/ J out of town on a work trip until next Fri., time to get creative on workouts. Kid sports are every night of the week (not to mention h-work). Rink A is big w/ bleachers, steps & u-shaped "running track" on upper level. We can work w/ that! Continuous jog on upper level, many step repeats and periodic stops for sets of pushups and planks. Jammin tunes plus frosty temps - love it. Daughter hung w/ me for a little while which was cool too.
