Stamattina non ho corso bene. (E allenamento on the track, o solo con la mappa?) Penso che tutte a parte io diventano piu veloci:( Anche, ho fatto male il mio biceps femoris sinistro. (Penso che ho dato fastidio i dii di corso quando ho detto che ho avuto voglia di una ferita delle velociste invece plantar fasciitis.) Poi, sono andata al training room, e Anna non c'e stato. Allora, la studentessa di Anna ha ditto fare il ghiaccio e *poi* to stretch. I didn't, che e (ch'e?) una cosa buona, perche quando ho fatto il ghiaccio, e stato difficile andare a piedi, let alone stretch. So this has been a nice venting of my frustration. I hope that by writing it in Italian, my complaining is less annoying.

If it looks like I was in control, I wasn't. The last reps were really difficult for me. I was imagining myself on Platform 9 3/4, trying to run through the wall rather than 'hit' it (haha). (I hit it on the 4th and ran through it the 5th and 6th.) It seemed perfectly reasonable to me then, but now it sounds delusional.
Anyhow, I'm amazed that my splits were so even. I wasn't looking at my watch, and I was increasingly farther back from everyone as the workout progressed. It's probably a vestige of my high school workouts, where we were supposed to run even splits.
