2x (4 400's), 400 rest between them, 800 between sets.
My first workout since January, and I hit all my times!
1:29, 1:29, 1:29, 1:30
1:25, 1:23, 1:24, 1:25.
I don't know how hard this workout was supposed to be, because everyone else was either at the meet or on the roads today, but I was dead tired on the last 2-3 400's.
I think the foot's completely better, at least on level ground, but I don't want to jinx myself. But I am running in the 4x8 on Friday!
