at Niagara Falls! We stopped on the way back from RIT, because the coach said there were paths. Unfortunately, all the interesting ones were in Canada. Anyway, I started to think I felt something funny in my foot so I walked back to the car with my dad. It was on the outside of my foot, which is good. I'll cancel my plans to do part of the steady state tomorrow. I could still do 30 minutes on the track w/ the middle 16 @8 min. pace. I'll try taping to be on the safe side, but if I had to guess I'd say that it was the uneven ground I was running on that caused the problem.

after running, other stretches in hot tub after aqua-jogging. I did my calf muscles twice each, IT bands, hip flexors, groin, quads, hamstrings. My adductors have been a little sore for since I started running. I find that odd.

The Hampton Inn has an indoor pool AND free WiFi!!! At first I was worried because it was only 5 ft deep, but I overestimated my height. Coerced my dad into quizzing me on my biology; it went a lot faster.
Not a tough workout, I would guess around 120 avg HR.

This sore throat won't go away!!! Last night I slept on a couch, which worked out well. It helped the congestion a lot, but my throat just aches! It hurts on the insides of my jawbone and also under my tongue; at least I don't have the flu or something. I think I heard that "above-the-neck symptoms" are okay to exercise with, and I don't feel worse while I'm exercising. I'm not logging this as sickness unless it changes my training schedule.
