woops, I only meant to run 45 but my watch accidentally took a split and so I was reading the split time instead of the total time. My arms were super-heavy from pool-running when I started but felt better as I went.

Wow, thought the pace was slower this time but it wasn't really. Felt sooooo much more comfortable than Saturday. Maybe it was cooler, maybe it was the GU, or maybe I've been taking better care of myself water-wise during the day. I think I might make it through today without falling asleep at my computer!

I've been feeling slow on Tuesday and Friday runs which hasn't been a huge confidence boost, but I think it might just be me being tired from pool-running doubles. Because otherwise this super-comfortable long run would make absolutely zero sense!

With Lizzy, slightly faster than I would've run it, wasn't breathing hard but legs were tired. Felt like a good run though!

Also I mis-counted my minutes twice, so I ended up running 15 too many for the week. Woops!
