shoes: New Balance MT411GB

not much time lost, but 5 mins or so behind the pace .. just not quick enough.
was able to run the whole course non stop, and put everything I had left in the last few controls.

just getting over a cold, decided to go for a ride to the end of M7 for a hot pie ...
got rained on pretty heavily and was soaking wet at the servo, the pie was great
I now officially have a bike, this was my 3rd ride, it is starting to feel a little more comfortable.
unfortunately my garmin 305 seems to have taken some water in.
may try to ride to work some day ...
