I did okay not as good as i would of liked but still okay. I hit every control bang on apart from one i think it was number 13 but just kept choosing the wrong route choice which lead to more climb and slow routes. Fitness is still not great and seems to be stable but not improving dunno what is wrong with me atm another bad race for me!

Felt better than usual :) no sore limbs or anything definaitely lost some fitness as that was a hard run but i managed it at least so that a good thing :) only doing this today as i have a race tomorrow am going to slowly get back into doing less training more runs were possible. Here are my splits.

Not cycled in today as i am going to town after work to try and get a hair cut and two new pairs of shoes which are deperately needed haha will probably do a cycle session later and some core but that about it for today.

Had to get out in that sun :0 not like it will be this hot ever again in Barrow haha so went for a walk down the bay :) was nice :)

However my right thigh seems a little tight. Why cant i ever be fine atm.

My aim is to do 35km should be a little harder than usual as my legs are feeling a little tired and it is a bit hotter than usual lets see aye.

Not good at all had to give up after 56 mintues as my legs were hurting all over and i felt like i couldnt go anymore am reaply drained atm and dont like it at all :(

Went for a really easy morning run with my mam just to stretch out from the weekend may start doing easy runs every tuesday morning before college (when at college).

Neck and Back are sore because i hurt my neck on my way to work yesterday and back is on going but getting better.

Will update heart rate and climb tonight.

Got out of lesson early for an extended dinnertime :) so we went to the beach for a chill and an ice cream :P nomnomnom

Back to my original placement and spent most the day walking around and talking to people, all because they are lazy and know i am not and that i will give in and go see them!
