Still not sleeping well think i am going to have to start taking my tablets again that aid sleep :) Thighs are now completely better after yesterday :) and going for about a 8km run tonight ready for the middle distance this weekend.

Most important walk of the day to go and get my payslip to see if the buggers are paying me right haha

and oh no they arent they have f*cked it up and under payed me by £200 but they said i will get it in an advanced payment tomorrow :D

Gone to get dinner, ohhhhh and I was discharged from Physio last night, was told i am improving but am not better so need to continue as is and keep it up or it will come back! And have been told that getting up and about at work more will help me!

Hoping to go for a 8km high speed run ready for this weekend will try put some climb in is possible :)

Ended up only doing 6.63km decided to do a faster section and a slow jog back. I did 4.51km in 15:51 and then a 4 mins rest and just a slower jog back because left calve was stiff. I did 2.12km in 08.59.

Need to stretch Calve now and put some muscle rub on it.

Thighs are still sore this is getting ridiculous am training tonight though ready for Birish Sprint and Middle :)

Also not sleeping very well am not feeling it atm which isnt good with the British Sprrint and Middle this weekend :/ not in the mood tbh.

I have got Physio on the way home as well at 5pm see what Lizzy has to say but back has been sore lately :/

909 Km done so far this year ohhhhhh yeah :)and i havent put distances on for a lot of O'events :)

95 Hours and 35 minutes in 79 days not bad :P

Still trying to work out what i did Saturday night during my black out, was seen getting with someone in a club but dont remember it at all but know i was in the club :/

Legs are still in major pain and are sore to even touch not good at all :/

Not good at all my thighs are in a lot of pain and it is hard to put any wieght on them kept stubbling at times and shouting in discomfort, need a massage desperately.

Went out last night and got completely wrecked! I dont even remember some of it :/ not good at all but thank god i have no hangover woop woop :P

And the front on my thighs are killing me because of the fast desent yesterday always sore after a fell race :/ no pain no gain though :)

Enjoyed my run was a good route with a fast flat section and then a hill and back, didnt enjoy the weather however and on the way down fell over and slide about 20m on my bum and used my arms to stop me in the mud, hail and rocks, couldnt feel my arms afterwards because of the cold and have some nice grazes haha
