Thighs are still sore this is getting ridiculous am training tonight though ready for Birish Sprint and Middle :)

Also not sleeping very well am not feeling it atm which isnt good with the British Sprrint and Middle this weekend :/ not in the mood tbh.

I have got Physio on the way home as well at 5pm see what Lizzy has to say but back has been sore lately :/

Physio showing me some more core work for all my problems and showing me how to do it properly.

Cycling on my Turbo will put exact distanc ein later :P and am doing less this week due to British.
