Warm up to the start.

Orienteering 1:39:34 [3]

Course 8 long. Not as good as yesterday. Huge mistakes on 3 and 4. I had to be within 10 feet of 3 when I first got int he area...10 minutes later I circled back and reattacked from the same spot and walked right into it! ugh. 4 I knew would be tough, my plan was to try and hit the small beaver pond which I did! but I wasn't confident that it actually was the beaver pond. So my plan was to go for it and then bail out to the power lines and attack from there, which is exactly what I did. 1:15,000 wasn't helpful and I found lots of places where trails and contour lines were covered by lines. A few more bobbles along the way at 7, 12, ad then somehow missed the trail to the go control. Overall, not my best effort.

Course 8 middle. Fun course...a couple bobbles and a few questionable route choices but overall pretty good.
