Had an OK run. The area and course were great. I lost concentration in the middle of the run. Felt better after having a gel. Need to have Gel 1 earlier. I still need to tighten up my navigation.

5 K time trial. TG up onto Warden Hill. 19.12 quite happy with my run. I finished second behind Sid. I must be in better shape than I thought.

Trying to keep up the swimming. I enjoyed it but still not feeling like a fish!
