Salida Marathon!!

Ok, so this was definitely THE BEST effort I've ever had while doing a marathon. It felt amazing!! I wasn't super fast, but I was able to run all the shallow uphills, all the flats, and all the downhills. Plus I was able to maintain good running form the whole way without getting exhausted AND I was able to push the pace enough to pass everyone I caught up with and keep them from passing me again! Not even in my first marathon did I feel this good! WOW!!!

Now to repeat this over and over and get faster...!
