Warm up along road to Start and past turnoff and back.

SL 1 - Middle. Gardners Gap East Not too bad except for 5 min loss on 2nd last on W/C junction didnt see it in green and ran up and down like headless chook.

Hill intervals plus 2 k warm up Park Pde + The Drive. Did 10 x Maxwell Cr - 200 m + 26 m climb, with 300m jog back round The Drive. Had break before starting next one to increase chance of completion.
