Anagach West and Heathfield. Messed up the first control which set the mood really. Struggled to run and just couldn't grasp the map. Ah well. Oh and now I have a cold. booooo

Camerory. Did not help that the first control was misplaced. I lost interest after that so annoyed that they didn't just void the whole course, because I lost much more time than just the two legs they voided.

Culbin. Beautiful area which I really enjoyed. Ran very well, started awesomely but I just couldn't keep the pace up and made mistakes near the end as I tired.

Rest day at the scottish. Went to the beach to play volleyball. It was fun.

Inshriach West. Had a bad start but recovered well to run really hard and really accurately round the the last two thirds of the course.

Balavil.Was pretty awful today. Tough running, terrible orienteering. So add learning how to orienteer on to getting fit then.

Alvie, first day of Scottish. Ran quite well and only made a few small errors. Goes to show exactly how far my fitness has to come before I get properly competitive.
