Met Goose after work around Nottawasaga and we picked our way back to Castle Glen. Realized we forgot headlamps only when we heard the coyotes at the bottom of Pretty River. Yikes. Arrived to a quiet house and the tastiest roasted veggie lasagne and salad - now that’s how you do a long run! Thank you for spoiling us, Coach!
