Road run intervals 1:20:00 [4]

I tried 3 times to bail on this workout but the ladies were not having it.

Decided to run with the Newmarket Huskies this fall as a - wait for it...wait for it...master. I’m only doing it because it’s an excuse to run with these super fast ladies and gets me back doing road runs. (No because I’m a master ;) )

Time includes a 4.5km warm up

orienteering race (Giants rib raid) 3:21:00 [3] 25.8 km (7:47 / km)

GRR with Bob and Goose.

Awesome day and my teammates were so good to me. Lots of laughs and climbs which was exactly what I was looking for. Oh so happy to be back out and tasting blood right off the bat!

Bobs nav was pretty bang on. I bonked hard at the end so a few pushes up the last few hills and some towing from Goose was gravely appreciated.

Special thanks to Nana for the last minute babysitting and all the DGL peeps for a killer day! My guess for DGL summer edition is still Raid the Bay! Paddle paddle paddle!!!
