Road run 35:00 [2]

Surprised that it didn’t feel nearly as cold as I anticipated but I did run in my down jacket and a super creepy balaclava.

(Was going to do the long run today but this morning the group started bailing one at a time. Same plan tomorrow and actually this will get my days back in order since I originally had my long runs scheduled for Sundays. Annnnnd it should be a few degrees warmer tomorrow! Wooo.)

Strength/mobility. Lots of hips, glutes and random shoulder work since she found (another) weakness.

Super sketchy drive home - the Snow bomb is coming!

Road run 30:00 [3]

Tried to replace my missed 45 minute run from yesterday. Hank gave me 35 minutes max. Apparently he doesn’t like the treadmill as much as Mama.

Snowshoe 1:52:00 [3]

Long run.
Hard to get out the door but I layered up and drove to camperdown road. Sat in the car for about 10 minutes and contemplated running. Ate all my trail food and when I had nothing left but a gel, I set out. Felt so good once I was out but it was cold!

Strength Training 30:00 [2]

Came home to hot pho for lunch so I did this after I ate. Hank is so good to me. ;)
