With Bob and Hank. Bob carried Hank while I lead the way. All was good until Bob wanted to jump across a giant river and I had a breakdown. I believe I screamed for all of Blue Mountain to hear..."why can’t we just do normal family activities?!" We stuck to a hike along the BT after that... : /

First chariot run with Hank! So excited that I can get these weekday runs in during the day now and with the best company.

Headig into my first easy week as I’ve signed up for Diez Vista in April. First three weeks felt decent. Must keep core and physio going and I’ve made a solid commitment to strength training.

No real plan, just took the map and away we went. Happy to say that hiking these OCUPs will definitely help my skills. BEAUTIFUL morning, it had to be 10 degrees by the end.
